Yes, I will support the Sam Attlesey Endowed Scholarship Fund at The University of Texas by
serving as a sponsor for the roast of Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst at the following level:

___ $10,000 Platinum Level Sponsorship Includes four tickets to the V.I.P. Reception with photo
opportunity, one table for eight guests to the Roast and two seats at a V.I.P. dinner table with
distinguished guests and Platinum level listing on the Program and Host Board.

___ $5,000 Gold Level Sponsorship Includes two tickets to the V.I.P. Reception with photo
opportunity, one table for eight guests to the Roast and Gold level listing on the Program and Host
Board.

___ $1000 Silver Level Sponsorship Includes two priority reserved seats to the Roast and Silver level
listing on the Program and Host Board.
